Savor and share in Chef Ben Nerenhausen’s eclectic and tantalizing cuisine in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Mistral this Valentine’s Weekend.

On Friday, February 12th, choose between our a la carte dinner menu or enjoy our Valentine’s Weekend Four-Course Prix-Fixe menu with optional wine pairing.

Come together at Mistral Bar on Saturday, February 13th and enjoy small bites from our Bar menu (offered throughout the day) while sipping on an inventive cocktail or choose from our a la carte lunch menu in the dining room. Stay for dinner, with the option to order a la carte from our Valentine’s Weekend Four-Course menu at Mistral Bar.

Dinner seatings available Friday, 5 PM – 10 PM, Saturday, 4 PM – 11 PM and Sunday, 3 PM – 10 PM

85 per guest; choice of one item per course | 49 wine pairing

FIRST COURSE

  • Smoked Bone Marrow Toast
    caraway & mustard, caramelized onion cream, pickles, dill
  • Crab Salad
    celery root, smoked buttermilk, Satsuma
  • Beet, Avocado
    quinoa, grapefruit, watercress

SECOND COURSE

  • Trout Rillette
    pickled fennel & onions, trout roe, tater tots, sorel
  • Duck Sausage Dumpling
    brothy beans, artichoke, escarole, grated foie gras
  • Caramelized Onion Bisque
    duxelles, prune, raclette croquette

THIRD COURSE

  • Veal Breast Confit
    black truffle, sweetbread cannelloni, winter vegetable brodo
