FIRST COURSE

    maytag blue, candied pecans, poached pear

    borscht, smoked ham, dill
  • Kampachi Crudo
    buttermilk, celery, meyer lemon, horseradish, kohlrabi

    parsnip blini, sieved egg, shallot, chive, smoked oyster crème fraîche, sorel

  • Grilled Chicken Sausage
    fennel soubise, dried cherry and liver jus, roasted fennel
  • Roasted Cauliflower Soup
    charred date crème fraîche, chermoulah, crispy cippolini

    maitaki mushroom, rutabega, lardo, watercress

THIRD COURSE

  • Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek
    au poivre sauce, skillet potatoes, creamed spinach
