Stephen Distler and Scott Anderson’s Mistral was recently named one of the 30 best meals of 2015 in New Jersey by Inside Jersey magazine. The menu at Mistral is flat-out impressive and tantalizing. Monkfish wrapped in chicken skin ($18), lightly smoked bluefish sashimi ($16) and kung pao sweet breads ($18) are the siren songs calling you to the tables of Mistral.
